What is Edinburgh Craft Beer Experience?

Edinburgh’s Craft Beer Experience Festival is a celebration of good beer with more than 20 breweries with beers for you to taste from Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, Wales, Germany and Belgium. And over 100 individual beers to enjoy across the weekend!

If your preference is for cocktails, then Hickory Bars will be shaking and stirring up four unique cocktails using Edinburgh Gin, Heroes Vodka, Thistly Cross, Tempest Brewing and Isle of Skye Whisky.

Scotland is also well known for its fabulous food, so we have lined up three of the best Scottish street food stalls: Jarvis Pickle, Aye Love Real Food and Lost Bothy.

Who’s involved?

The Craft Beer Experience has been developed with passion by one of theteam behind the Craft Beer Revolution which has previously run in Edinburgh.. The man behind the event, Richard Servranckx says:
“Brewing has enjoyed a huge resurgence in recent years and it really has felt like a revolution, the dawning of a new era of beer. But we’re living in that craft era now, the revolution has done its job and it’s time to move on to the next stage, where we just get to drink the beer and enjoy the experience!”
